You may fill out your profile and browse through profiles of other Avacs members. You may add a photo to your profile directly by using your camera phone or if your phone does not have a camera you may add a photo from a file on your computer to the web site.

Like social network Avacs has advance member search, based on all the data available on each profile.

More than just a chat site, Avacs allows you to exchange files, photos, music and ringtones.

If you prefer not to use your photo on the site you may opt for an avatar instead, you'll find a choice of animated smilies and avatars on the site.

Your Avacs account is not tied to your phone. You can use it on different phones, as long as they support Java applications. The requirement for the chat to work on your cell phone is to have Java support (J2ME).

About 300 models of mobiles and smart phones are supported by Avacs, phones by Alcatel, Benq-Siemens, Blackberry, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Nec, Samsung, SonyEricsson etc...

Other handy features are automatic country identification and room filters. Avacs chat has many country specific rooms. If your country has a chat room on Avacs, once you are on the site it will automatically detect your country and open the chat room available for your country. Of course you don't have to stay in there but automatically being sent to a local chat room is a convenient feature if you are looking to chat with people in your area. You 'll also find rooms by communities which allows you to chat with like-minded people.

Avacs also has one of my favorite features when it come to IM, history of personal messages. The archiving of your instant messages allows you to go back to your previous conversations and search for information you might need.

Beside their mobile version, Avacs also has chat rooms for PC computer users. For the chat rooms to work on your PC you need to enable javascript. All popular browsers are supported like Internet Explorer 6/7, Firefox 2 and 3, Safari 2+, Mozilla 1+, Opera 9+, Camino 1+ and even the Google Chrome.

Whether you use the mobile or PC version of Avacs there are no age restrictions which means kids, teens and adults are all allowed to use the public chat rooms and private room features.

You do not need to fill out a lengthy profile to enter the web version of avacs chat. All you need to do is choose a nickname and a password and you're in.

Even before you enter a specific room you can view all the rooms available and the messages sent by the users present. This allows you to evaluate the level of activity in any room before making your choice of which room to join.

The Avacs interface is very flexible and allows you to manage your rooms and users with ease. Within a room you can send photos, files and even video links. If you post a link to a Youtube video for example, all the other chatters in the rooms can watch it directly inside the room.

Avacs is an international chat platform. It allows users to chat in their native language whether it's Russian, Arabic, Chinese or Japanese.

When you create your own room on Avacs you get your own personal address that you can send to your friends or simply add to your blog or profile. When your friends clicks on that link he will go directly to the room you've created. Let's say that you create your very own Vancouver chat room, you simply use the link provided to you by Avacs and all the people you send the link to can click on it and join you in the chat room.

If something goes really wrong, you may send messages to the administrator is case you encounter any problems with the chat rooms or the web site.

If you're using the Avacs live chat form your computer, you may upload your own personal set of animated smilies or use the ones uploaded by other avacs live chat users from the top100 list.

Each of us has tried at least once to enter chat rooms through Internet-browser on PC, WAP-browser on mobile phone, used ICQ, MSN or the like programmes. Some people use such services to get acquainted, other are looking for easy communication, the third - to correspond with business partners. Computer chats and programs have a plenty of functions, but they attach people to PCs, and the abilities of WAP-chats are rather limited.

In new network product "AVACS Live Chat" for mobile phones supporting JAVA applications, and PC computers (open chat) company "AVACS"(www.avacs.net) has realized popular functions and added a number of up-to-date abilities, directed to mobile phones. Among the main abilities of "AVACS Live Chat" are:

* ability to communicate in different rooms depending on user interests;
* creating of the common rooms available to all users as well as private ones, dedicated for intimate communication;
* exchange of personal messages outside the rooms;
* filling in the questionnaire and looking through the questionnaires of other users;
* using photos in questionnaires that became possible thanks to the widespread use of camera phones. For the users who does not have camera in their mobile phones the developers have foreseen the download of photos from the file on the mobile phone, through the WEB-site (http://www.avacs.net/livechat/) in the Internet or by E-mail;
* advanced search by questionnaire data;
* exchange of files, photos, music and melodies;
* the displaying of graphic files and photos on the mobile phone is fulfilled with the prior processing on the server, that allows to choose the appropriate size and format of the image for this very mobile phone model;
* sending E-mails and SMS messages to the addresses/numbers indicated in questionnaires;
* creation of contact list (address book);
* using of animated similes and avatars;
* changing of message colours and the chat background;
* ability to enter chat from different mobile phones under your login and password.

"AVACS Live Chat" has also minor, but handy functions such as automatic country identification, room filters, message to administrator, history of personal messages etc. See the screenshots of the application below.

From the technical point of view the application is realized as a 3-level client-to-server system, where the data base, logics and intermediate processing are located on the server. After "AVACS Business Life" this is the second application where the user-friendly window interface is used. The use of such technology enabled the developer to lessen the size of the Jar-file being installed on a mobile phone while providing a plenty of functional and graphic abilities, on the one hand, and made it possible to alter or to add new abilities to the application without changing the client part, on the other.

what is Business life

This game is a new turn in multiplayer games. Comparing to other multiplayer games designed for J2ME-phones, this game enables you much more than playing "face-to-face". In "AVACS Business Life" you will lead your own company to the heights of richness among other counterparts. So, now you start playing "face-to-all" mode!

The main aim of this game is to become the richest company among all competitors. The main objects in the game are:

Stock exchange - here you can buy economic resources or take a look at changes in price for them.

Property. All of your property: economic resources (you can sell them from here), house, car, food, etc...

Bank. Here you can take an unlimited number of credits or put money on deposit. Remember if you fail to return money before final date of credit - the game will do it automatically (the same is with deposit)

Shop. It is like "Stock exchange", but here you can buy food, clothes, exchange your car, house, etc.

Relaxation. Just as real businesspeople, you need to take care of your health and mood levels. So, here you can restore your health and relax. You can play at casino (to win or to waste some money)

Community. This is the place where you can chat with other players, look at "Top 10" rating, and send messages to company's owners.

At the right upper corner of the screen you can see five columns. These are the levels of: food (green), clothes (orange), gas (light blue), health (red), and mood (lilac). Each month you eat 1 pack of food and wear 1 pack of clothes. Gas is needed to heat your house (the amount of gas depends on its size). Also you must sometimes watch the levels of health and mood (to increase them you must eat the best food, wear the best clothes, have a better car, or just go to "Relaxation" or to go on a yacht voyage. When one of those columns comes down, your main screen becomes yellow.

All mentioned above is only a common description of the game, but the game's world is saturated with surprises and strokes of fate.
